I travel often….and cook even more often…which isn’t exactly news to people who know me well and have been subjected to my experiments.
My style of cooking words towards more of Fresh ingredients and Clean flavours. I like the ingredients to speak for themselves.
I am also a huge advocate of traditional cooking techniques and authentic flavours.
